Remember we can easily add a button for the sheet metal gusset feature on any toolbar by using customize.

The minimum distance that a gusset should be from the edge of a hole in a parallel plane is eight times the material thickness plus the radius of the gusset. This can be any linear entity in order to specify the alignment of the gusset.
