Make sure the doors are sitting at the right height and tighten the screws on the back plate. Adjust the door so it s even and hold it still to allow the glue to dry for a few seconds. If necessary adjust the backplate by loosening the fixing screws and moving it up down as required. Attach the top hinge first followed by the bottom ones.

Connect the door to the jamb. Apply a line of hot glue to the top of the hinges and place the cabinet door on top of them. Flip the hinges over on each other so they re in the closed position. Loosen the screws if necessary to bring the jamb back into plumb. You can adjust for height depth and angle. Place the hinge into the hinge hole on the back of the door making sure that the hinges are fitted level so that the arm of the hinge is at a right angle to the edge of the door. Next drill two 2mm dia pilot holes.

Check that the door jamb on the hinge side is plumb and shim as necessary. Screw these half way in and clip the hinges onto the back panels. Offer the door up to the cabinet and check that the hinges and the backplates are aligned. One about 2 inches above the top hinge and the other about 2 inches from the center hinge.

Add a line of hot glue to the top of the hinges and place the door on top. Temporarily screw the hinge jamb in place by driving two 8 3 inch drywall screws through it. Slide the hinge pins into place and remove the blocks from the door. Hold the door in place using blocks under the bottom to support it if necessary.
